Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 States. Right now, do not ship internationally. If we receive an international order, we will refund it and cancel the order.

There is a 14-day turnaround time from the time we finalize your designs to the time the product is shipped or ready for local pick up.

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

We understand that receiving damaged merchandise can be frustrating. That's why we have a return policy in place to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you receive damaged merchandise within 7 days of delivery, we will replace the products at no additional cost to you.

To initiate the return process, please contact us at personalspacecreations@gmail.com. We will require photos of the packaging and products to assess the damage. Once we receive the photos, we will work with you to replace the damaged products as quickly as possible.

Please note that our return policy only applies to merchandise that has been damaged in shipping. If you receive a defective product that is not related to shipping, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
